Greenfield is a wonderful option for those who are struggling at home but are not ready for a nursing home. We offer two different living alternatives; independent living apartments and sheltered care. Both options give you the privacy you enjoy at home and the benefits of living in a community.
In our apartments, we take care of the maintenance and housekeeping so you can spend your time doing the things you love. In our sheltered care, we provide the help you need so you can remain as independent as possible. All of our rooms are private including a private bathroom. We offer many opportunities for large and small group activities for everyone on our campus.

Care is taken at Greenfield to provide places where residents and family can relax and feel at home. Our goal is to make these spaces comfortable and accessible so they are a natural extension of the private rooms and apartments. We offer inviting common areas for relaxation, visiting and entertaining. A chat with a friend by the aviary, a game of Wii on the large screen TV with the great-grandchildren, selecting a book from our large-print library, or checking e-mail in our internet lounge are all options at Greenfield!
Outside Patio
One of our favorite features is our enclosed courtyard. It boasts a flowering landscape, waterfall, shaded pergola and seating. This area is perfect for friendly gatherings or private reflection. During the warmer months enjoy hosting group activities out here!
In addition to the patio, our seniors enjoy walks on the sidewalk that surrounds most of our building. It is a wonderful way to get exercise. Seating is available at regular intervals for visiting and resting along the way.
Dining & Recreation Areas
We take pride in our dining room and personal service. With table service dining, residents can relax and enjoy each meal while we do the rest. We are famous for our home cooked food! You will enjoy a variety of nutritious meals that bring you comfort. These meals include baked chicken, beef roast, lasagna, BBQ ribs, baked ham and much more! Make sure you save room for our homemade desserts!
With an array of colorful linen table cloths and napkins, the look of our dining room changes each day. We enjoy using recipes from residents and employees to bring a taste of their home into ours!
Just like at home, our dining room is used for more than eating meals. You will often see people working on crafts, socializing with a cup of tea or coffee, or a small group playing their favorite card game. It is a hub for socialization and entertaining guests.
Activity Room
This room is the main attraction for many of our seniors. We proudly offer a full-time activity program managed by activity professionals. Our wide array of activities offers something for everyone. You can join our daily exercises, play trivia, participate in devotional time, make a craft, watch a movie on the big screen TV, or relax and enjoy the large fish aquarium. While many of our activities happen here, we do often take them to other areas on our campus.
Other Common Areas Around Greenfield
Greenfield also has numerous smaller lounges and seating areas. Residents can enjoy watching the birds in our aviary area, picking out a book from our library catering to large-print editions, or "checking the weather" as they wait for a ride in one of our front lobbies. Getting together to watch a favorite game show or sporting event can be accommodated at any of our 4 televisions provided throughout the building. Free wireless internet is also available in common areas.
